Since entering the industry in 2008, Tiffany has been obsessed with the art of making people feel beautiful. As the owner of Blackstone Salon & Spa, she shares her wealth of knowledge—gained from years as an Aveda Color Trainer and her current role as a National Educator for Alter Ego Italy—with her staff and guests alike.

​Though she is well-known for her signature bobs and "lived-in" hair color techniques, Tiffany’s true specialty is her guest-first philosophy. Whether she’s training the next generation of stylists or working behind the chair, she is dedicated to creating a customized experience that leaves every guest feeling refreshed and perfectly taken care of.

Edna is a dedicated hairstylist with a true passion for helping people look and feel their best. She values the opportunity to work closely with her clients and enjoys every aspect of the beauty industry, from creative styling to continuous learning. Edna has a way with making every guest feel relaxed talent care of when they are in her chair.  In addition to specializing in hair, she also has expertise in nails and skincare, allowing her to offer a full range of beauty services.

Hope is a licensed esthetician, nail technician, and spa manager dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She specializes in elevated, result-driven services. With a focus on facials, lash lifts, tints, brow lamination, and waxing. Creating a refined and relaxing experience where beauty meets self-care. Hope is currently expanding her expertise by training to sharpen her skills using a plasma facial machine. With the plasma facial machine, Hope is continuing to bring advanced treatments to her clients.

Emerald has been a licensed stylist since 2015 after graduating from Aveda. She is a well rounded stylist who does men's and women's hair. Emerald specializes in hair color and plays an active role in color education within the salon. Her signature looks include lived-in blondes and rich copper tones, and she also offers a variety of professional extension methods to suit each client’s needs.

When she’s not behind the chair, Emerald enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, embracing family life with the same creativity and warmth she brings to her work.

Abby is from Monroe and recently graduated from Aveda. She also graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in agricultural science. Abby loves creating lived-in and dimensional color, and she especially enjoys finishing her work with a bouncy blowout.

When she’s not in the salon, you can find her spending time with family and friends or relaxing with a good show.

Kenzyn is our front desk manager. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors. From scheduling appointments, to keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes, she takes pride in staying organized and attentive to every detail. She is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and excited about their visit from start to finish. 

Maggie has been a licensed hairstylist since 2025, graduating from Aveda Institute. Her favorite thing to do behind the chair is blonding.

Maggie has a naturally fun way about her that makes everyone enjoy their time in her chair.  During her free time she loves to spend time with family, friends, and her dog, Marvin. 

Emerson is a recent graduate of Aveda and a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in hair coloring and custom cuts. Emerson also provides shellac manicures and pedicures.

As a natural blonde, Emerson has a passion for blonding and creating lived in looks. In Emerson's chair she strived to make you feel comfortable and feeling beautiful walking out.
