Meet The Team

Tiffany

Tiffany is a Master stylist and esthetician with 17 years of experience. Her specialties include Lived- In color hair techniques & makeup. She has trained extensively with Aveda and the New York Advanced Academy. Tiffany is also an Aveda salon educator. Tiff is well known for the amount of time and devotion that she gives to each person, whether it's in the chair or the spa, so that each guest has a relaxed and pampered experience when they come into the salon.

Tim

Tim is our go-to for pretty much anything behind the scenes. He has spent most of his career in engineering & design roles. Tim and his wife Tiffany purchased the salon in 2018 and since he has transitioned to working at Blackstone full-time in the fall of '21.

Emerald

Emerald has been a licensed stylist since 2015, graduating from the Aveda Institute, however she has been doing roller sets on her great grandmother Murphy since she was 7 years old. She loves Aveda hair color and is currently working toward her certification as an Aveda Color Educator. Emerald also loves hair extensions and is certified to apply Babe hair extensions. She also specializes in texture services. When she's not behind the chair, Emerald is hanging out with her husband, two kids and their dog Dash. She also enjoys watching sports, reading, chilling outside and being with family.

Mikayla

Mikayla graduated from the cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute in November of 2021 and from the esthetician program in April of 2022. She has had a passion for the beauty industry since she was just a young girl, doing hair and makeup for herself and sisters. Mikayla learned braiding by practicing on her ponies and then realized how much she enjoyed being creative. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends and all of her fur babies. She also likes to take her dog on walks, ride horses and enjoy the outdoors.

Hope

Hope has been a licensed esthetician since May of '21, graduating from the Aveda Institute. She decided to pursue a career in esthetics because she wants to empower everybody to feel comfortable in their own skin. Hope has also recently completed her hours to be a nail technician and is now performing pedicure services. Hope's favorite services include relaxing and rejuvenating facials, lash lifts & tints and brow laminations. Hope likes hanging out with her fiancé and her two cats, learning how to skateboard and eating good Mexican food.
